Welcome Bishop Lawson to St. John's
We are honored to welcome The Right Reverend Richard T. Lawson, Bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Alabama, to St. John's on Sunday, August 23.
Bishop Lawson will gather with the parish for a conversation in the Parish Hall at 9 a.m. This is a wonderful opportunity to meet our new bishop, hear about his vision for the Diocese, and share in the life of our wider Episcopal community.
He will also celebrate the 10:30 a.m. Holy Eucharist, during which we will celebrate the sacrament of Confirmation. We hope you'll join us for this special day as we welcome Bishop Lawson and celebrate those affirming their faith.
